About Rupda
As an awareness activist and an ambassador for joy and aliveness, Rupda is renowned for her no bulls**t down-to-earth approach with an extraordinary sense of humour.
Rupda's personal journey, transcending borders and cultures, has fuelled her mission to guide individuals towards authentic connection and self-development. She has spent over 45 years dedicated to a conscious path, bringing her knowledge, tools, and techniques through the work she offers.
Rupda was born in the late 60s, a time of radical thinking and revolutionary approaches to human psychology and group therapy. Growing up in a spiritual environment, Rupda had a rare opportunity to partake in a multitude of therapeutic modalities, which inspired her out-of-the box approach in her professional work and continues to shape the way she lives, leads and loves today.
It is hard to find the words to describe this journey – intense, deep, and full of energy. It was both challenging and liberating, pushing me beyond my comfort zone and accessing new levels of self-awareness. I joined because I have been struggling with my self-worth for my whole life, and now I can finally greet myself in the mirror with a smile on my face.

We use a combination of somatic work, communication tools and humour to support you on your journey.

How do I need to prepare myself for the Deepdive?
If you are willing to look at what is holding you back from living your best life and exploring new ways of going for what you want, then you’re ready for Deepdive.
At the start of the Deepdive journey you will receive 3 guided meditations to reflect on particular aspects of your life. The enquiry questions will kickstart your process so that you can dive deeper during the Deepdive Retreat.
Is there an aftercare program following the Deepdive Retreat?
Yes, you will be guided through an integration process consisting of meetings with the Deepdive team, two sharings with your practice partner and additional resources for your ongoing journey.
What methods are used in the retreat?
Deepdive is a carefully blended process drawing on both spiritual and therapeutic techniques. Rupda brings her unique approach to Deepdive using some of her mastered skills in somatic work, embodiment practices, movement, non-violent communication, boundary work, trauma healing and NLP.
Rupda is an ambassador for joy and aliveness, so prepare yourself for a sound dose of laughter ;)
Can I attend the Deepdive Retreat together with my partner?
The Deepdive is primarily designed as a personal journey for you to face your own challenges. If you plan on attending with your partner, please keep in mind that you will be in your own process, separate from your partner, during the retreat.
We recognise that doing your own inner work will increase your ability to relate in a deeper way. The potential of attending the Deepdive together, is that, upon completion, you and your partner will share a common ground and language.
