This workshop challenges old patterns of negative self-belief and the damaging self-judgments that sabotage you from having a healthy relationship with yourself.
When we don’t address these old patterns we find ourselves feeling lost, alone, sometimes even isolated and believing we’re not worthy of love, or don’t deserve what we would ultimately want in our lives.
During these days, each individual has an opportunity to examine the obstacles that prevent them from self-love enabling them to break the vicious cycle of their negative core beliefs and patterns.
With specific tools and exercises, we don’t just have an understanding of what ‘self-worth’ is, but we begin to ‘embody’ it. Having a “felt sense” is not only more effective and empowering to the individual, but also has a more significant result in changing the quality of your life -what gets felt, sensed and grounded in the body and heart, is far more sustainable than a concept of ‘self-worth’.
A deeper sense of Self-Worth is essential to our happiness.
