Leadership Rupbellion is for individuals who want to develop leader skills and make a positive change when working with individuals, groups, teams or organisations.
It is for those daring to lead authentically, to stand in front of others and be seen.

What you will learn?
As well as learning valuable skills, strategies and tools, this training also incorporates your own personal life-experience so that you can lead from the wholeness of who you are.

Evaluation and feedback is given throughout the training to help you in developing your Leadership Rupbellion Skills.
LEVEL I
Principles & Theory
Level I: We start with principles and theory by taking an in-depth look at the tools and techniques that we will be using throughout the training, as well as unique approaches to how we will work with others which are at the core of the Leadership Rupbellion.
Level I covers the following:
- Understanding and usage of the Enneagram
- Understanding and usage of NVC
- Understanding and usage of Somatically Experiencing
- Working with the “Unknown”
- Working with the 3 Centres of Intelligence
Throughout this training, there will be homework assignments given.
LEVEL II
Fundamental Tools
Level II: Here we work with the foundational aspect of the training using the tools and techniques you’ve learned in Level I by applying them in a multitude of exercises. These exercises are both educational and experiential, giving you an embodied experience of the tools and techniques you’ve learned.
Level II covers the following:
- Developing your own leadership qualities
- Finding your voice and public speaking
- Working with Presence & Resonance
- Spatial Awareness, Boundaries & Power
- Communications (verbal & non verbal) in Leading
- Language of leading and listening
- Obstacles to leading and facing fears
- Leader practices and theories
- Evaluations: giving & receiving feedback
Throughout these days there will be exercises, assignments and we will also have live demo sessions.
LEVEL III
Practical Hands-On
Level III: Here we move into the practicals and focus on deepening the leadership rupbellion work that you’ve been doing by exploring the different challenges we face in leading. We will also address the importance of recognising the shadow side and the humility in being seen and how to authentically acknowledge both aspects, the light and the dark. We want to be rupbellion leaders that have done our 'inner homework' hold ourselves accountable and responsible not only for who we lead but for how we lead.
Level III covers the following:
- Embodying being a rupbellion leader
- Leadership challenges and facing the shadow
- Trusting your instincts and intuition
- Practice hands-on leading with your peers
- Working with the group dynamics
- Working with individuals within a group
- Creativity and innovation in leading
- Resourcing & regulating
- Ethics and accountability
- Evaluations: giving & receiving feedback
Throughout these days there will be exercises, assignments and we will also have live demo sessions and real-time evaluations.
LEVEL IV
Leading In Action
Level IV: We complete the leadership rupbellion with a 5-day deepdive where you apply everything you’ve learned in the first three levels while working with the group-dynamics. We will also be exploring the many facets of co-leading, as well as, working with challenging cases and receiving valuable coaching and support throughout the training.
Level IV covers the following:
- Hands-on mentoring
- Co-Leading & collaborating
- Balancing the field
- Working with difficult cases
- Working with challenges in group dynamics
- Diversity and inclusivity
- Final Assignment
- Evaluations: giving & receiving feedback
Throughout these days there will be exercises, assignments & live demos.
Also included...
FACILITATED GROUPS
Included in the leader training, you will also have an opportunity to meet with your small group each month to discuss the material you have covered, as well as, workshopping some of the tools together. Each group will be facilitated by a Leadership Rupbellion Assistant. The Assistants will also support you throughout your Leadership Rupbellion training and are an wonderful asset to helping you deepen your understanding of this work. Those that have completed the Leadership Rupbellion Certificate Training from the Tools for Life Institute that would like to go onto assisting Rupda can apply to the ARMS Program
MEMBERSHIP BOARD
Each Trainee attending the Leadership Rupbellion will have access to the Membership Board where they can download training content as well as valuable resources.
RECORDED MATERIAL
If you miss any part of the training, there will be a recording made available on the Membership Board so that you can review what you have missed. Your Leadership Rupbellion Assistant will also go over any of the material that you were not able to be present for.
PRIVATE FB GROUP
You will also have access to the Private FB Group that allows all past and present Leadership Rupbellion Graduates to stay connected to each other and continue to inspire, inform and support one another.

CERTIFICATE

A CERTIFICATE IS GIVEN UPON COMPLETION FROM THE:
Each individual has a progress evaluation for each training level.
Upon completing all Levels within 2 years, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in recognition of your achievement in participating in the Leadership Rupbellion from the Tools for Life Institute CPD / CE / PD accredited.
Once you have attended the Leadership Rupbellion, you can then assist Rupda in retreats, workshops and trainings by applying to the ARMS Program.

Why I created the Tools for Life Leader Training?
(Now known as the Leadership Rupbellion Certificate Training)
Simply because I believe in people’s ability to grow. To break out of old patterns, beliefs and structures that inhibit their potential when they’re given the right environment, tools and skills. Reaching a higher ground in themselves and helping others to do the same. Contribution is one of our human fundamental desires. To be able to give back. To acknowledge another’s journey with respect. To support them to also finding that higher ground in themselves. My passion is to be there for others in their personal and professional growth, and to continue to grow and develop as a leader.
