We're designed to heal...
"The body is always broadcasting what is happening in the present moment. It's constantly sending us signals letting us know what we need. What we will learn...
Trauma, by definition, is when you feel overwhelmed.
Trauma doesn't only apply to those who have been through an accident. Trauma applies to anyone who's been abused, mentally, emotionally, physically as a child or an adult, as well as, accidents, separation and loss.
If you're suffering from easy overwhelm, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, behavioural disorders, addictive coping mechanisms, negative self-beliefs, low self-worth and other indispositions then you most likely have experienced trauma in your life.
Trauma restricts our attempts to move forward in our lives. It disconnects us from our selves, others, nature and spirit. When overwhelmed, we feel unsupported, lost and alone, which triggers all sorts of reactions both in our minds and in our body - sometimes feeling shut-down, withdrawn, explosive or wanting to run away, known as the fight & flight response.
By slowly unlocking the trauma-symptoms in the body, we can start to discharge and release its symptomatic restrains enabling us to access restorative patterns. Using resources, tools and exercises we begin to learn how to self-requlate, which gradually allows us to feel more capable and resilient when under pressure or overwhelmed in our lives.
This is a chance to be real, authentic and honest with what you are presently facing, and what you need to support you during this time.

When we share as a group Rupda will facilitate the space and hold a supportive role

A homework assignment will be given where you can continue the work during the week

Different topics will bring in different enquiry questions that we will explore with another

About Rupda
Rupda has lived in Europe, India, USA and Australia. Today, she works with people around the globe in areas of conscious leading, self-leading and self- development. She has spent over 45 years dedicated to a conscious path, bringing her knowledge, tools and techniques through the work she offers. She has captured the hearts of many influential people over the years through her impactful approach to working with people. Her sense of presence and sense of humour brings both a lightness and a depth to how she works with individuals, groups and organisations alike. Her passion is to inspire people to discover their own unique qualities and how to apply them in daily lives.
“I was born in the late 60’s, a time of radical thinking and revolutionary approaches to human psychology and group therapy. As a child, I grew up in a conscious community and was fortunate enough to sit with a spiritual teacher until the mid 90’s. Growing up in a conscious community, I had a rare opportunity to partake in a multitude of meditations, workshops and retreats. Much of the teachings were on human psychology, awareness and meditation. This became one of the most illuminating and enriching experiences in my own development growing up, and one that continues to impact my life today... "
Rupda is a certified Counsellor with S.I.A.F. and a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner from Peter Levine’s SE® Institute of Trauma Healing. She is also an NLP (Neuro- linguistic programming) Practitioner, studying directly under John Grinder. Additionally, she is trained in Non-Violent Communication, Enneagram and Hypnosis Mastery directly under Stephan Gilligan. She's worked directly with Tony Robbins in Business Mastery and Leadership as well as studying various other works from Quantum Physics, Family Constellation, EMDR, L.O.A., Essence, Mindfulness, Stress Release and numerous others.
