Along with the 3-day structure mentioned above, we take a deep dive into team member's involvement and participation within the team. We work with self-growth tools to help team members develop interpersonal skills in their languaging both towards others and themselves. We help widen their understanding of what it means to work from an empowered place and teach them how to do 'inner homework' so that they have the skills to stay grounded within the overwhelm. Inclusivity, respectability and responsibility are just some of the attributes we cover. Each team member goes home having had a transformative journey that is both educational and experiential, impacting their lives professionally and personally.
