The Venue
Dima is a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by nature in Mallorca, Spain. The wellness retreat centre offers international companies, trainers, teachers and individuals the possibility to enjoy or organise personal growth and wellness retreats, workshops, events and accommodation.
There is love in every detail at Dima and guests feel right at home. The space is one of personal growth, where everyone involved is on their own journey, surrounded by a wonderful community of like-minded individuals. About Rupda
Rupda is a connection activist and ambassador for joy and aliveness.
With 47 years dedicated to this work as a trauma therapist and facilitator, she knows how to create spaces where people can explore the most vulnerable parts of themselves with safety and playfulness.
What makes Rupda unique is her warmth, her humor, and her no-bullshit honesty. She holds space with fierce compassion and the kind of presence that invites real transformation without spiritual bypassing or fake tantra teachings.
She’s trauma-informed, deeply experienced, and genuinely lives what she teaches.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to come with a partner?
No. You can come solo or with a partner. Both are welcome.
Do I need experience with Tantra?
No experience necessary. Come with curiosity and willingness, this is a safe space for beginners to explore Tantra.
What if I have trauma around sexuality?
Rupda is a trauma-informed therapist who knows how to hold space for whatever arises. Everything is done at your own pace with full respect for your boundaries.
How is this different from other Tantra retreats?
This retreat explores freedom, pleasure, and embodiment without the performance or fake mysticism. It’s grounded, embodied work that respects your process and your boundaries.
What's the schedule like?
Days include morning meditations, group sessions, beach breaks, and selected evening sessions. The rhythm allows for deep work and integration.
