As a patron enjoying the events,
As a participant offering your unique talents, or
As a volunteer helping run this festival.
The festival needs money for such things as art supplies,
building materials, deposits for securing guest houses and advertising.
Donations of materials would also work!
THIS IS A NON-PROFIT CELEBRATION WE ALL PITCH IN!!!
Please forward this to friends and lovers who may have lost contact
with the "tribe"
and who may just jump at the chance to be together in the sunshine
and surf again.....
We would love to hear back from you, with your vision, contribution
or any feedback at all!
If you plan to participate as:
PATRON, please let us know as soon as possible. This will assist
us in organizing accommodations. If you are coming with children,
we keep the families in a child-care
supported community - so advise us of that as well.
PARTICIPANT, we need details of your talents and timetable. This
is crucial to our daily and weekly schedule of events for the duration
of the festival. We invite therapists, teachers, artists (bring
your wares to sell!!!), musicians, magicians, and professional Teddy
Bears!
VOLUNTEER, please let us know by December 15, and with details of
what
you can do, i.e. working with children in the daycare or arts and
crafts area; organizing accommodations; managing performance sites;
recycling; food preparation and serving; music stage set-up, etc...
We need lots of stuff from the west, bring whatever∑ all contributions
will be gratefully accepted
what are your talents? How much time can you willingly give?
What date can you arrive prior to the opening?
We need volunteers to help set up before January 21. Even right
now!!!!
